Most enterprise AI programmes fail in the gap between the pilot and the plant. The model works in a notebook. The process it was meant to change is still run by four people, a spreadsheet and an inbox.
We started Caytana to close that gap the only way we have seen work: put senior engineers inside the team that owns the work, take one use case all the way to production, and hand it to the people who will run it every day after we leave.
That means fewer clients than a consultancy and longer engagements than a software vendor. It also means we expect to be judged on whether the thing we built is still running a year later.
